Produced from organic, first spring–harvested tencha sourced in Japan, this matcha is expertly blended under the supervision of a historic Japanese tea company in Uji, Kyoto, with over 100 years of experience. Time-honoured blending and appraisal techniques, refined over generations, are applied to achieve a clean, well-balanced flavour profile suitable for both traditional usucha preparation and matcha lattes.
